What I Wore: Windy Park Day

Today my friend and I visited my favorite place in all of Providence, a little park that sits high on the hill with a gorgeous view of the entire city skyline. Providence might be small, but I adore the skyline :) I'm pretty bummed out that it was so cloudy out though :/

Also pretty windy...I always choose to wear skirts on the windiest days, I swear. Does that seem to happen to you? Any tips for keeping a skirt down so there are no accidental Marilyn moments?

    What a fabulous outfit! And as always you have the prettiest smile I've ever seen :D

    As for windy days plus skirts, my only solution is to always wear bike shorts under my skirt. Even if I'm wearing tights I'll toss my shorts on over top just to feel less like a flasher when the inevitable wind comes. I don't know if that will be helpful for you, but it's what works for me :)

    Sorry, I have no tips! But I can tell you that I LOVE your teal skirt :) that color is just so pretty with the pink of your jacket :) I love parks with a view. I spend an entire day at one in London! x

    Ah so cute! I love how bright that coat is. I also always choose to wear skirts on the windiest days. no advice, just keep your fingers crossed that a marilyn moment doesn't happen! and wear cute undies as a precaution?

    you're adorable! and from rhode island, right? I've never been to the east coast, but it looks gorgeous! I need to make a trip out there once i can save enough money..who knows if that'll happen for a poor college student :)
